Refund policy
At True North Tires, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused, unmounted, and with original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Mounted or used tires.
Clearance or special order items (unless defective or incorrect).
Tires showing signs of installation or wear.
Return Process:
Contact us at info@truenorthtires.ca with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds:
Once returned items are inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will make it right.
