At True North Tires, we make tire buying simple by offering local delivery, shipping options, and pickup where available.

Free Island-Wide Delivery on Sets of 4

We offer free island-wide delivery on eligible orders of 4 tires within Newfoundland.

This applies to most standard tire orders purchased through TrueNorthTires.ca. Delivery availability may depend on tire size, supplier location, inventory source, and customer location.

Orders of Fewer Than 4 Tires

Orders of 1, 2, or 3 tires may be subject to a delivery or shipping fee. Any applicable fee will be confirmed before the order is completed or shown at checkout where available.

Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout Newfoundland, including many rural communities. Some remote locations may require extra time or a pickup arrangement with a local courier or depot.

Delivery to Labrador, other provinces, or remote areas outside our standard delivery network may require a custom shipping quote.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on inventory location, courier schedules, weather, and customer location.

Many local orders can be delivered quickly, while rural or supplier-shipped orders may take longer. We will provide updates when possible and contact you if there are any major delays.

Pickup Options

Local pickup may be available for select in-stock products. If pickup is available for your order, we will confirm the pickup location and timing after purchase.

Please do not arrive for pickup until your order has been confirmed as ready.

Courier & Third-Party Delivery

Some orders may be delivered by True North Tires directly, while others may be shipped through trusted courier partners. Once an order leaves our facility or supplier warehouse, delivery timing may depend on the courier.

Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and contact information.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, missed appointment, lack of response, or unsafe delivery conditions, additional delivery fees may apply.

Damage or Missing Items

Please inspect your tires when they arrive.

If your order is damaged, incomplete, or appears incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Special Orders

Some tires are special-order items and may ship directly from a supplier warehouse. Special-order items may have different delivery timelines and may not be cancellable once processed.
